The cure of evil:

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “The cure of (every) evil is by doing its opposite.” [Zaad al-Ma`aad (4/157-158) and also in Tibb al-Nabawee (1/127)]

Example: 
The opposite of disobedience to Allaah is being obedient to Him.

The opposite of disobedience to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم is following/implementing his Sunnah.

The opposite of backbiting a person is by praising him.

The opposite of being jealous (envy) of a person is to ask Allaah to bless him (by saying “Baarak Allaahu feek” or “baarak Allaahu `alaik”)
